The Turtle Flambeau Flowage is a 14,000-acre pine-steeped basin, with 114 miles of shoreline. Located west of Mercer in Iron County, the area comprises nine lakes, three rivers and various creeks dotted with hundreds of scattered islands. In this great wilderness expanse, it is clear that nature still reigns supreme.
